One of the most obvious problems with these engines is the EGR cooler, which wears out and material from the cooler gets into the cylinders, which causes high cylinder wear and high oil consumption.

We remanufacture these engine blocks, by re-boring cylinders to repair sizes, honing them and install new pistons, new cylinder head with new valves, bearings and more.

  Yes. Every engine and parts comes with 2 year guarantee without a mileage limit.
• Do you need my old engine back?
  Yes. Remanufactured engines are sold on exchange basis.
• How I can send my old engine back to you?
  As soon as your old engine is ready to be sent back to us, we will schedule pickup date by courier.
• Do I need to pay for my old engine return?
  No. We will take care of return delivery. There is no extra cost for that.
• Is a security deposit required?
  No. We dont ask for security deposit in exchange for your old engine.
